Grant of License
Archisome hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the assets subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
What's allowed
Use any assets from Archisome for personal or commercial projects.
Make as many copies as you need, for yourself or your clients.
Use the assets in any media format.
Edit assets however you want—tweak, combine, or remix them to fit your vision.
Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer the assets.
Use any assets from Archisome for personal or commercial projects.
You can’t bundle our images to make your own stock image site or similar competing service.
Use the assets in any media format.
You can’t say you own an asset, even if you’ve edited it. Archisome still owns the work.
Attachment
Intellectual Property
All assets are the property of Archisome. This agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.E ven if you are licensed to use Archisome products, you can’t claim authorship of the purchased product. The license only grants you the right to use the asset as specified in this agreement.
You acknowledge that all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the assets are owned by Archisome.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Archisome be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the assets.
General
This License Agreement outlines the conditions under which assets from Archisome may be used. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resource usage policy at any moment without reason explanation.
By downloading or purchasing Archisome assets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this License Agreement.
This agreement is effective until terminated. Archisome may terminate this agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the assets.
